Have trouble getting your lawn seed distributed evenly over your small lawn repair job, or along the edges of your garden without getting the grass seed in the flower area, or on your interlock driveway? You may have read articles on lawn repairs stating that you should only have 15 seeds or so over every 1 square inch. Well this is very important! Too much seed over the lawn repair area and the seed may well germinate but then proceed to die as none of the grass blades have any room to grow. No air, no soil, no space. If this has ever happened to you you will know what I mean. Covering the entire area with lawn seed will not work for you. That is the reason throwing it around with your hands does not work well, no matter how much care is taken, you still wind us with too much or not enough in certain areas.
